| Figure 1: In order to form the NoSurvivor Trap to its intended shape, begin by grabbing the 1/2" Seams along the top and bottom of the trap and pull in opposite directions | Figure 2: Once the NoSurvivor is in an open position, place the appropriate attractant on the bottom glue surface of the trap. | ||

| Figure 3: Pivot the ends of the bottom seam of the NoSurvivor upwards into the trap by using the dotted lines as a guide. | Figure 4: Take the twist-tie hanger and secure it through the hole in the trap. Hang the trap close to any insect problem areas making sure it will not be damaged or disturbed. | ||
