Return & Refund Policy

Any merchandise returned, except where, Insects Limited is at fault, will be assessed freight charges, both ways, plus a 15% charge for restocking. No merchandise shall be returned without the prior approval of Insects Limited, Inc. Returns may not be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Returned merchandise will be subject to inspection upon receipt, and the customer will be notified of the acceptance for credit.
