Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, accessing this website, creating an account, or engaging in any business with Insects Limited, Inc. (“Insects Limited,” “we,” “our,” “us”), the customer or user (“you,” “your,” “User”) acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by the following: 

• Terms & Conditions of Sale 

• Privacy Policy 

• Website Terms of Use 

• Any policies referenced herein or linked on our Site 

All conflicting terms submitted by the customer are expressly rejected unless agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Insects Limited. 

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices

All prices are effective January 1, 2026 and subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Written quotations remain valid for 30 days. 

Payment Terms

Payment is due upfront by wire transfer or credit card unless Net 30 terms have been approved through a completed credit application. 

• A 7% late fee will be assessed on any past-due balance in accordance with Indiana law. 

• Insects Limited may suspend shipments or revoke credit terms if payment issues arise or creditworthiness changes. 

• Customers are responsible for all fees associated with wire transfers, including charges imposed by both the sending and receiving banks.  

• Wholesale Inquiries  

• If you’re looking to purchase quantities larger than what is listed, please contact us for a quote or to inquire about Insects Limited’s wholesale opportunities. 

Freight, Shipping, and Risk of Loss

All shipments are F.O.B. Westfield, Indiana, USA. 

• Freight charges are prepaid and added to invoices unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. 

• Damage or loss claims must be filed directly with the carrier. 

• Temperature-sensitive pheromone products may require cold-pack shipping or expedited freight at additional cost. 

• Please note that Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, even when selecting expedited shipping options such as Overnight, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select at checkout. While carriers may occasionally deliver on Saturdays, it is not a guaranteed service for all areas or shipping methods. Insects Limited is not responsible for shipping carrier scheduled or missed Saturday deliveries.  

• All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS. While we don't expect delays, sometimes this can happen when the package goes through customs. If you would like to have your package shipped via UPS, please give us a call at 317-896-9300. Please note, that a brokerage fee will apply, on top of the shipping cost, when the package arrives in Canada.  

Order Acceptance and Lead Times

All orders are subject to acceptance by Insects Limited. 

• Lead times vary by product type, seasonality, and availability. 

• Backorders ship when available unless cancellation is requested in writing. 

• Insects Limited may allocate product during periods of high demand. 

Minimum Order Requirements

Stocking Distributor orders must meet a minimum purchase of $5,000 USD in Stocking Distributor Price Value. 

• Customers must include complete product codes and applicable discount pricing when submitting orders. 

Return/Refund Policy

At Insects Limited, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue, please contact our Customer Service team (sales@insectslimited.com or 317-896-9300) so we can help determine the best solution.

Need Help Before Requesting a Return? 

Our goal is to help you find the right solution for your pest problem, not simply process a return. If the product isn't performing as expected, please contact our Customer Service team before requesting a refund.

In many cases, we can help:

• Confirm the pest has been correctly identified.

• Verify the product is being used as directed.

• Recommend a more effective product or treatment strategy.

• Determine whether the product may be defective.

Many product concerns can be resolved quickly with the right guidance.

Returns

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less any original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item.

Customers may choose to:

• Arrange and pay for return shipping themselves and send the item back to Insects Limited at their own expense; or

• Request a prepaid return shipping label from Insects Limited. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Products must not be expired or damaged by improper storage or use

• Contact our Customer Service team at (sales@insectslimited.com) to obtain return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are biological, perishable, or intended for single use, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Opened pheromone lures

• Opened insect traps

• Live insects

• Clearance or closeout items

• Custom orders

Orders Returned to Insects Limited

·        If your order is returned to Insects Limited by the shipping carrier, a refund will be issued for the returned products, less the original shipping charges.

·        If you would still like to receive the products, you are welcome to place a new order through our website. Please note that the new order will be subject to applicable product and shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

• a damaged item,

• an incorrect product, or

• a shipment with missing items,

please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

We may request:

• photographs of the product,

• photographs of the shipping box,

• packing materials, and

• the shipping label.

Depending on the situation, we will replace the item, issue a refund, or provide another appropriate resolution.

Product Performance

Our products are designed to perform when:

• the target pest has been correctly identified,

• the product is used according to label instructions,

• environmental conditions are appropriate, and

• the infestation is suitable for the product being used.

Because pest populations, environmental conditions, and application methods vary, we cannot guarantee specific pest control results.

Refunds generally cannot be issued solely because:

• insects were still observed after product use,

• the wrong insect was targeted,

• an infestation required additional treatments,

• the product was used incorrectly, or

• the product was used beyond its recommended service life.

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us. We may request photographs, lot numbers, and additional information to evaluate the claim.

Defective Products

If we determine that a product is defective due to manufacturing or packaging, we will, at our discretion:

• replace the product,

• issue a refund, or

• provide store credit.

Shipping Issues

Once a package has been delivered by the carrier, Insects Limited is not responsible for theft, weather damage, or incorrect delivery addresses provided during checkout.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with filing a carrier claim and determining an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Warranty, Limitations, and Industry Requirements

Products are warranted to conform to Insects Limited specifications at the time of shipment. 

• No warranties—express or implied—are made regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or regulatory suitability. 

• Buyer is responsible for ensuring appropriate product use within EPA, USDA, and international regulations. 

• Insects Limited’s liability is limited to product replacement or refund. 

• Insects Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., crop loss, downtime, contamination issues). 

Regulatory Compliance

Buyer is responsible for compliance with: 

• Local import laws 

• EPA 25(b), 40 CFR exemptions, or other applicable laws 

• Country-specific registrations 

• Labeling, storage, and disposal requirements 

Insects Limited is not responsible for regulatory or customs delays. 

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for all duties, VAT, customs broker fees, import permits, and related documentation. Additional export fees may apply. 

Alternative Incoterms may be quoted upon request. 

Handling and Storage Requirements

Pheromone-based products require controlled storage: 

• Cool 

• Dry 

• Sealed 

• Temperature-stable environment (Improper storage voids warranties) 

Force Majeure

Insects Limited is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including: 

• Material shortages 

• Transportation failures 

• Natural disasters 

• Supply chain disruptions 

• Governmental restrictions 

• Labor disputes 

Governing Law

All sales and agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for all disputes lies exclusively in Indiana courts. 

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements unless amended in writing by an authorized Insects Limited representative. 

Privacy Policy

Overview

In order to fulfill your order accurately, you will be asked to provide us with personal information such as name, mailing address, ZIP code, state, country, e-mail address, and telephone number. Your name, address, and email address will also be used to manage the delivery of our newsletter and marketing communications. At the time you receive these communications, you will be given an opportunity to opt-out of further contact from us. To protect your privacy, we will not sell or distribute any of your personal information. 

Like many companies, we sometimes use "cookie" technology on our website. These cookies are stored on your computer by your browser. We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. 

Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms. 

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement governing Site use.
