Indian Meal Moth (Plodia interpunctella)
Mediterranean Flour Moths (Ephestia kuehniella)
Almond Moth (Cadra cautella)
Tobacco Moths (Ephestia elutella) and other food moth species
Trogoderma food beetles such as the Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile)
Khapra beetle, (Trogoderma granarium) as well as (Trogoderma glabrum) and (Trogoderma inclusum)
Cigarette beetle (Lasioderma serricorne).

The PTL Multi-Species Kit (IL-408-10) moth and beetle trap features the Insect Limited’s signature pheromone Bullet Lures™ that attract the most common pests of dried goods: Indian Meal Moth (Plodia interpunctella), Mediterranean Flour Moths (Ephestia kuehniella), Almond Moth (Ephestia cautella), Tobacco Moths (Ephestia elutella) and other food moth species; Trogoderma food beetles such as the Warehouse beetle, (Trogoderma variabile), Khapra beetle, (Trogoderma granarium) as well as (Trogoderma glabrum) and (Trogoderma inclusum); and also the Cigarette beetle (Lasioderma serricorne) species with a controlled release of pheromone over 3 months.
Male moths and beetles are attracted to the lure and are readily stuck in the glue when paired with a sticky trap trapping system. The Bullet Lures are paired with the NoSurvivor Trap™.
These traps can easily be hung in closets or throughout other living spaces, warehouses or storage rooms. Insects that are attracted to the lure are readily stuck in the glue upon entering the trap.

When to replace the traps.
The PTL Multi-Species Kit traps will need to be folded into place by hand, according to the instructions on the back of the kit box. The glue pad on each trap is covered with an easily removed plastic cover that should be removed after the traps have been folded into place.
The pheromone lures are packaged in a resealable bag to keep them fresh until you are ready to place them into a trap. When you are ready to use this product, the lures should be removed from their packaging and placed on their sides into the center of the glue pads on each trap.
Although the pheromone in the lures is non-toxic, avoid direct contact with your skin if possible or simply wash your hands with warm water and soap if contact is made. Pheromone Bullet Lures are non-pesticidal and only act as a moth and/or attractant. If the glue from the trap accidentally gets onto your hands, it is not toxic and can be easily washed off using soap and warm water.
The traps are then ready to be placed out in areas where moths and beetles are being seen to begin monitoring for male moths and beetles that are attracted to the female sex pheromone. These traps will give you the information that you need to reduce or remove your moth issue.

Each PTL Multi-Species Kit box has dimensions of 10 inches X 7 inches X 3 inches and weighs 2 lb for shipping purposes. Online customers can choose their shipping options at checkout. Orders placed before 3pm EST typically get processed that day. If placed after 3pm EST, your order will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

We currently cannot accept a PO Box as a shipping address. All US orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS. Be sure to include a valid street address as they will not deliver to a PO Box.
All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS. While we don't expect delays, sometimes this can happen when the package goes through customs. If you would like to have your package shipped via UPS, please give us a call at 317-896-9300. Please note, that a brokerage fee will apply, on top of the shipping cost, when the package arrives in Canada.
