Give to Gain: Celebrating the Women Driving Science and Impact at Insects Limited

By Casey Vollmer, Director of Marketing at Insects Limited

On March 8, people around the world celebrate International Women’s Day. The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) encourages the industry to highlight successful women in pest management to inspire the next generation of professionals. This year’s theme, Give to Gain, reminds us that investing in mentorship, opportunity, and visibility strengthens not just individuals, but entire organizations and industries.

While there are women represented in all job roles across pest managment businesses, they are still an anomaly in a mostly male-dominated industry. The NPMA strongly believes that sharing examples of successful women in pest management roles can inspire other women to join this changing industry and help close the gap.

At Insects Limited, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible women who drive our company forward every day. Their contributions span every area of our business, shaping our culture, innovation, and success.

Women Leading Science and Innovation

In our Research and Development Lab, women are designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and turning insights into actionable solutions. Their expertise ensures that our products are scientifically sound and practically effective, bridging the gap between lab research and real-world application.

Women Driving Operations and Finance

Our Operations and Finance teams, led and supported by talented women, keep the company running smoothly. From managing complex logistics and ensuring operational efficiency to handling accounts receivable and invoicing with precision, these women make sure that the backbone of the business is strong and reliable.

Women Shaping Marketing and Customer Experience

In Marketing and Customer Service, women are translating complex science into clear messaging, educational content, and campaigns that engage and educate our customers. They also ensure that every customer interaction is seamless, solving challenges and creating meaningful experiences that build trust and loyalty.

Giving to Gain Every Day

The women of Insects Limited are proof that giving mentorship, support, and visibility to team members not only strengthens individuals but also strengthens the company as a whole. Their dedication, creativity, and leadership help turn scientific insights into impact that scales across our business and industry.

Today, we celebrate the women across all areas of Insects Limited. Their contributions are critical to our purpose of making the world a better place by protecting our food and cherished belongings from damage by insect pests, and their leadership inspires us all.

Happy International Women’s Day 2026!
